1) Who we are

Dreamstead Magibuns ("Dreamstead", "we", "us") provides virtual items and services for use in Second Life. We are not affiliated with Linden Lab.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website, using our services, or using Dreamstead Magibuns items, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) Eligibility

You must be eligible to use Second Life and comply with Linden Lab's rules and policies while using Dreamstead Magibuns.

4) License and ownership

All Dreamstead Magibuns content (including scripts, code, systems, art, branding, website content, and designs) is owned by Dreamstead or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Dreamstead Magibuns items as intended within Second Life. You may not copy, rip, decompile, reverse engineer, extract, or redistribute Dreamstead assets or systems except where a feature explicitly allows transfers in-world.

5) Rules of use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, duplicate items, spoof identifiers, or bypass validation checks
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or APIs, or disrupt service availability
• Use automation to abuse mechanics, redelivery, support, or web features
• Harass, impersonate Dreamstead staff, or commit fraud related to Dreamstead items

6) Service availability and changes

We may change, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time (including traits, drop rates, events, redelivery rules, or mechanics). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7) Virtual items, Linden Dollars, and delivery

Dreamstead Magibuns items are virtual, digital goods intended for use in Second Life.

Linden Lab states that Linden Dollars are not currency and are not redeemable for money from Linden Lab.

You understand that purchases involving L$ are purchases of virtual items and services, not real-world currency transactions with Dreamstead.

8) Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. We may provide redelivery, replacement, store credit, or an L$ refund at our sole discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9) Account and support tools

If we provide login, codes, or support tooling, you are responsible for keeping your access information secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your access.

10) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamstead Magibuns items and services are provided "as is" and without warranties. Second Life is operated by Linden Lab, and platform issues may impact delivery, performance, and availability.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamstead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Dreamstead's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Dreamstead for the relevant item(s) in the 30 days before the claim.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or service tools, and may refuse support, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, attempted fraud, or abused systems.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
